Where are you located?

Our physical store location is in Salt Lake City, UT. Our physical address is 434 E S Temple #2, SLC, UT 84111. We are nestled in a pink cottage in Backers Square behind the historic Mrs. Backers Pastry Shop! We have over 25 free spots in our Parking Lot (a rarity in slc) that we share with the other businesses in Backer's Square. 

You should easily find us on apple or google maps!

We offer nationwide shipping and offer local pickup at our store location. If you order something on our website and select "local pickup" you will pickup at our store location - If you place an order through our website your item may not be physically in the store for immediate pickup -- you will be notified within 24-48 hours that your item is ready for in-store pickup. 

We do offer local delivery for larger pieces like furniture and art that may be too large to fit in your vehicle. Please use the contact us page to inquire more about our local delivery (most local deliveries have ranged from $40-$100 thus far).

What are your hours?

You can shop online anytime or visit us at our storefront. 

Storefront hours: 11am - 6pm Wednesday thru Saturday & 12-4pm on Sundays

Can I see and sit on furniture before purchasing it?

Absolutely, we recommend reaching out to us on instagram to let us know you plan to see a specific item in-person. Our store has limited floor space so we occasionally cycle our larger items in & out of the store to keep our space fresh. If you are hoping to come in for a specific piece it is best to let us know so we can make sure it is at the store before you arrive. 

I have more questions, need more details, need more photos, etc of an item before purchasing what do I do?

We know when making a purchase choice you want to feel confident! If you have any questions or clarifications before purchasing please don't hesitate to DM us @Shop.Nouve or use the contact us page. 

Do you do any discounts for designers?

Yes, we have a trade program. Please see our Designer Resource page or message us on Instagram @Shop.Nouve to get more information.

I am unable to check out / having issues with check out

If you are unable to check out it most likely means you have a "Local Pick Up Only" item in your cart while also trying to ship other items. These purchases do need to be placed individually at this time due to our check out system availability.

Do you do returns?

Items are FINAL SALE. If an item happens to arrive broken through transit please contact us and we will help you file a claim with the proper shipping company and will work to make it right. 

Where do you find your items?

Everywhere and anywhere! We like to consider ourselves treasure hunters by profession. Most if not all of our items are found second hand, used, previously owned, estate sales, new (but bought secondhand) or handmade. Items that have any imperfections will have proper photos, video and descriptions explaining any marks. 

We do the digging so you don't have to!

Do you do Consignment?

If you are local and think you have items we would sell at our store you can come by on Wednesdays and Saturdays to the store -- if they are smaller items you can box and bring in Kayla will go through them and determine which we want to sell. If it is a large item you can send photos through instagram or bring photos of the item in and we can arrange pickup if Kayla determines we want it. 

We prefer to purchase our items vs a consignment log. We determine a price point we will most likely sell it at and offer 20-25% of the planned sale price (we have made exceptions to this but it is rare and depends on the item). Packaging

We use all recycled materials for all of our packing materials with the rare exception if the item requires specialized packing (this has only happened twice in our business thus far).
